Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a wife, momma, and physical therapist with a doctorate degree and a deep belief that wellness should be possible for everyone—especially busy families. After completing my orthopedic residency at Mayo Clinic and spending years helping people recover from pain and injury, I realized something was missing. I was offering high-level care—but always after things had already gone wrong.

​

What I really wanted was to meet people earlier. To help them build strength, confidence, and resilience before the breakdown. To create a path not just out of injury, but toward sustainable, joyful wellness.

That’s how Be Well Anyway began.

​

This isn’t a perfect plan. It’s a flexible framework. It’s about making well choices in the life you already live, not waiting until things settle down. Because let’s be honest—life with kids (and kids activities, and work, and sleep regressions) is anything but predictable. But even in the mess, you can still be well.

Be Well Anyway is here to help you:
